How much does Toyflix cost?
Basic Monthly is ₹1,500 a month, month to month. The packs are paid once: Silver ₹6,999 and Gold ₹8,999 for 7 months (6 + 1 month free), and Platinum Annual ₹14,999 for 13 months (12 + 1 month free). A ride-on on its own is ₹2,500 a month. All prices include GST, delivery, pickup and sanitization.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes. Silver, Gold and Platinum come with 3-month no-cost EMI. Choose EMI on the payment page. Basic Monthly and the ride-on plan have no EMI.
Where do you deliver?
Bengaluru only. Check your pincode on the pricing page before you order. Delivery and pickup are always free.
How quickly will the toys be delivered?
Your first box is delivered within 2–3 days of your subscription being confirmed. Monthly refreshes are coordinated around your cycle date and delivered to your doorstep.
What if my child damages a toy?
No damage charges — ever. We just ask that you return all parts of the toy, including any damaged pieces, so our warehouse team can repair and refurbish them. No deposit, no penalties, no stress.
Can I choose which toys I receive?
Yes! Each month you get to pick 3 toys (1 Big toy + 1 Developmental + 1 Educational) and 1 book from our curated collection. Gold Plan subscribers have access to 350+ premium toys.
Is there a security deposit or hidden charges?
No security deposit. No hidden charges. The price you see is what you pay — inclusive of delivery, pickup, and professional sanitization.
What age groups do you cover?
We have toys curated for children from 6 months to 8 years. When you sign up, you tell us your child's age and we recommend toys appropriate for their developmental stage. You can also browse and pick yourself.
Can I pause my plan?
Pack plans can be paused: Silver up to 30 days, Gold up to 60 days, Platinum up to 90 days. The pause starts after our team collects the toys from your home. Basic Monthly has no pause.
How does the return and exchange process work?
At the end of each cycle, our team comes to your doorstep — they pick up the old toys and deliver your new set at the same time. One visit, zero hassle.
What is the difference between Silver and Gold plans?
Both cover 7 months. Silver (₹6,999) gives access to 110+ toys with toys worth ₹8,000–₹10,000 monthly. Gold (₹8,999) unlocks 350+ toys including big exclusive toys (roller coasters, coupe cars worth up to ₹12,000 each) with toys worth up to ₹15,000 monthly.
Do you sanitize the toys before delivery?
Every toy is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and safety-inspected before it leaves our warehouse. We follow strict hygiene standards — no toy goes out that we wouldn't give to our own children.
